Order Acceptance Policy

All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by BUNGACOKELAT | Jenda Florist & Gift, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without providing reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

Delivery of your order

We provide same day deliveries for orders confirmed before 1:00 PM via whapsapp confirmation only. This website only process  preorder 2 days in advance. 

Changes to your order 

Should you need to make any changes on your order, kindly whatsapp us at 0132696890. We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to updating the delivery address and in relation to card messages) if changes are requested 24 hours before the intended delivery day.

Cancellation & Refund policy

We didnt accept order cancellation. All item purchase via this website are not refundable.

However the delivery can be reschedule to later date with 8 hour notice via whatsapp 0132696890.

Product and Substitution Policy

All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply shortage, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without any prior notice. 

Payments

We accept Bank Transfer and Credit Card Payment via designated payment gateway upon check out.

Prices and Additional Charges

All prices exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Delivery charge may differ based on delivery location.

Delivery policy

All deliveries will be caried out everyday within 10.00am to 6.00pm subject to date and time slot requested. We did not accept fix timed delivery request.

We will always put our best to ensure timely delivery, however we cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to adverse weather condition, unusual traffic jam, force majuere or any circumstances that beyond our control.

Should recipient was not in place during the delivery time the package will be handed over to representative.

We will not held responsible if the delivery is unsuccesful due to no person to receive the package. Sender will left the package with note front of residence/office and take photo of item delivery as proof.

Pleas note that we are not providing surprised video/photo service. Photo taken if available solely for delivery purpose only.

Please provide accurate and valid details for recipient name, full address and contact number to ensure smooth delivery process.
